The Bergamot Orange is from a small citrus tree endemic to the Calabria region of southern Italy, where the climate and mineral-rich soil create ideal conditions for its development. The essential oil is cold-pressed from the peel of nearly ripe fruits and is especially prized for its vibrant, balanced aroma. Rich in limonene, linalyl acetate, and linalool, bergamot oil is valued for its emotionally uplifting and harmonising properties.
